Proximal Humerus
These devices are not cleared by the FDA for use in the US.
Indication:
Tumors or severe osseous defects in the area of the proximal humerus or bone defects after fracture or revision surgery.
The inverse option is used in cases of rotator cuff deficiency.
System Details:
- Options for standard or reverse glenohumeral joint
- Total: polyethyelene glenoid on metal head
- Reverse: polyethylene glenosphere on metal humeral cap
- 4.2 mm stable lock screws
- Humeral stem in cementless or cemented
Length of Reconstruction:
- Standard: 60mm – 280mm
- Inverse: 60mm – 260mm

Distal Humerus
These devices are not cleared by the FDA for use in the US.
Indication:
Tumors or osseous defects in the area of the distal humerus with a constrained replacement of the humero-ulnar joint.
System Details:
- Distal Humerus in 50mm or 30mm
- Humeral stem available in cementless (TiAl6V4) and cemented (CoCrMo),
- Ulna anchorage stem available in cementless (TiAl6V4) and cemented (CoCrMo)
Length of Reconstruction:
60mm – 260mm

Indication:
Tumors or severe osseous defects in the area of the proximal ulna or bone defects after fracture or revision surgery.
System Details:
- Mates with distal humerus 30mm or 50mm
- Extension pieces optional
- Ulnar stem is MUTARS cemented or cementless, optional EPORE collar
- Humeral stem is Agilon cemented or cementless
- Constrained or unconstrained elbow

- Ulna: 60mm – 260mm
- Humeral Connection: 30mm – 50mm

Indication:
Extensive tumors or severe osseous defects of the humerus, partial replacement of the shoulder joint, constrained arthroplasty of the humero-ulnar joint.
System Details:
- Options for standard or reverse glenohumeral joint
- Ulna anchorage: cementless (TiAl6V4) and cemented (CoCrMo)
- Can combine with proximal ulna
- Adjustable in 10-20mm increments

190mm – 320mm

Indication:
Tumors and osseous defects in the area of the distal humerus and the proximal ulna with a constrained replacement of the humero-ulnar joint.
System Details:
- Ulna and humeral anchorage: cementless (TiAl6V4) and cemented (CoCrMo)
- Adjustable in 20mm increments
Length of Reconstruction:
- Distal Humerus: 60mm – 240mm
- Proximal Ulna: 60mm – 240mm
